Hi, I'm Colleen McGrath — a Saskatoon based potter who took a year of pottery classes, bought a wheel and never looked back. That was four years ago and honestly the clay has not let me go since.

Pottery is my creative outlet alongside a full time day job, which means every piece gets made in the in between moments. Early mornings, late nights and weekends in my home studio. There is something about working with your hands that no other creative pursuit has matched for me and I think that energy ends up in every piece.

Everything I make is handthrown on my wheel, glazed, and fired in my home studio. No molds, no shortcuts and no two pieces that are exactly alike. That is kind of the whole point.
